INTRO: We hope you all had a great week last week!
-This week we are going to continue our work with the FITT principle through logging our physical activity.
-There is a CHANGE to the requirement this week in that you will need AT LEAST 4 DAYS of activity instead of 5.
-You are more than welcome to do more and be active everyday if you choose to be. 
-Don’t forget to drink plenty of water and keep working on your flexibility through stretching. 



WEEK 3 (April 20-24) “TO DO” CHECKLIST- 4 items:

-The “Fitness Log” attached to the Google Classroom post can’t be edited.
-Go to the Class Drive Folder.  Then look in the “Week 3-Fitness Logs” folder and you will find YOUR OWN COPY TO EDIT with your name.

3) Record activities on “Fitness Log”. (The “Fitness Log” attached to this post can’t be edited. Go to the Class Drive Folder under the “Fitness Log” folder and you will find YOUR OWN COPY TO EDIT with your name. Open with Google Sheets.)
4) Submit “Fitness Log” by Sunday, April 19, 8pm (see below)
