WEEK 7: "Dance/Yoga" Zoom Meeting (May 18-22, 2020)
Aloha fabulous PE students! If you missed the Zoom Meeting this week... watch this video! I’m excited to share a little bit about my background growing up in Hawai’i 🌺🏝🤙🏼🌈 and my Filipino heritage. So this week I taught the “Hukilau” which is a Hula dance, the “Tinikling” which is a Filipino dance, a TikTok dance called “Stay at Home” and we did Hip Hop Yoga. You can use this for your 30 minutes of physical activity & use for future physical activity as well! Let’s have some fun!

2) High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)- TYPE: cardiovascular endurance & muscular strength/endurance
3) Cool down & static stretches (TYPE: Flexibility)
